Das in §§ § 21 a Abs. 3 S. 1 i.V.m. Abs. 4 VTabakG geregelte Werbeverbot für Tabakwaren (Tabakwerbeverbot) gilt auch für Internetseiten, die “nur” der Unternehmensdarstellung dienen und auf denen keine Tabakerzeugnisse verkauft (bsp. Online Shop) werden. Read more
